Project managed the competitive tender procurement process for a new Client Device Refresh Programme covering 1,000 desktops over 12 sites. This included the supply, build, configuration and delivery to site of replacement devices including all associated financing.
This involved the creation of the tender document, creating the chosen supplier list including NDAs as required, the SLA and contract negotiation, leading ultimately to a preferred supplier solution selection and deployment
